The European Social Fund (ESF) will contribute circa €80 billion of EU funding to help train people and help them get into work, promote social inclusion, improve education & training.

The ESF is Europe’s main tool for promoting employment and social inclusion, helping people get a job (or a better job), integrating disadvantaged people into society and ensuring fairer life opportunities for all.

It does this by investing in Europe’s people and their skills, employed and jobless, young and old. Every year, the fund helps some 10 million people into work, or to improve their skills to find work in future.

Training Centre Direct have a proven track record in getting people back into work through our teaching and vocational employment led skills training courses. We find employment for job seekers as we work with the labour market with unfilled job opportunities, local skills gaps and seeking prospective inward investment by talking to existing employers.

Our skills training is led by social and community development with a provider specialism in lift engineering. We work through a Lead Accountable Body which is a ‘Not For Profit’ organisation and provide bespoke lift engineer recruitment, training & development, that have lead to real jobs through a number of Government awarded funding contracts.

We provide individuals with employer led work skills, self-confidence and belief so they can move forwards into employment and a better future. Training Centre Direct have experience in recruitment as well as training for young people and we guarantee work trials and job interviews for everyone who completes our training and employment course through our unique sector based work academy.
